Representatives from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, the National Agency of Natural Resources (AKBN), and Albpetrol attended the latest training session “Total Project Management” held in Rome.

This ongoing training initiative is part of a productive collaboration between AKBN and Eni Corporate University, for experience and the most modern international knowledge exchange.

The main focus of this training session is to know the key concepts for a correct Project Management, learn the international Project Management best practices according to PMI, understand the most important competencies and skills requested to a Project Management and enhance the necessary skills to apply the most common techniques and methodologies to enterprise projects, etc.

AKBN places a special focus on training and enhancing professional expertise and skills, and will continuously persist, in order to efficiently fulfill institutional obligations.
