Energy Balance compilation is based on the information provided by different state institutions and different companies operating in the energy sector.

Macroeconomic information, population included are provided by the Ministry of Finance.

Power energy data are provided by:

ERE , TSO, DSO;

Hydrocarbon data provided by:

Annual report of Albpetrol sh.a year 2008;

Annual report of ARMO sh.a year 2008;

METE;

Minsitry of Enviroment, Forests and Water Administration; Ministry of Agricltural, Food and Consumer Protection.

Transport data provided by:

Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Telecommunication

b. Energy Balance Format

The Energy Balance tends to be in compliance with EUROSTAT format (not as detailed as the EUROSTAT format prescribes).
