OBJECTIVES

• serves as a specialized body for the minister responsible for energy related problems and policy strategy in the field of energy;


• promote renewable energy sources and proposes measures to increase utilization of energy in the energy cycle;


• compiles and publishes in collaboration with other departments in AKBN, annual energy balance national and regional level, in accordance with formats EUROSTAT and the International Energy Agency.
