OBJECTIVES

• consults, proposes and cooperates with relevant government structures, to design its policies in the field of hydrocarbons;


• egotiates agreements hydrocarbons, under legislation in force;


• Track implementation of agreements concluded in hydrocarbons, under legislation in force;


• Auditing expenditures by companies licensed for hydrocarbon operations;


• Prepare documentation and practices necessary for the issuance of permits, licenses and authorizations;


• Administer, maintain, use and processing, according to techniques and international standards, the hydrocarbon sector primary data, the goals of his activity;


• Commercial, based on state interests and free market principles, part of hydrocarbons belonging to the state, in a deal hydrocarbons.
