OBJECTIVES

• consults, proposes and cooperates with relevant government structures, to design its policies in the field of hidroenergy;


• implementing Government policies in the field hidroenergy;


• when required, provides, within the scope of its activities, opulence


• governmental studies and projects in hidroenergy;


• monitoring of hidroenergy activity;


• with the authorization of the Minister of Economy, Trade and Energy, makes monitoring of concession contracts for hydropower;


• monitors, whenever requested by the Ministry, the concession contracts for hydropower.
