Representatives from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy (MIE) and the National Agency of Natural Resources (AKBN) have participated in an important training held in Rome “Assessment and Recovery of Troubled Projects”.

The training was organized in collaboration with Eni Corporate University, as part of an agreement aimed at exchanging international best practices on project management.

Participants in this interactive training program were introduced to methods for assessing the status of a project in order to identify opportunities for successful management, develop a clear intervention plan, and address the need to establish a system for constantly improving internal communication.

This training marked an important step toward enhancing practical skills and improving approaches to managing projects that face various challenges during both planning and implementation phases.

AKBN will continue to support the development of human resource capacities during 2025, by creating different training opportunities as by the specific needs and requirements of employees.
