The training was organized in collaboration with Eni Corporate University, as part of an agreement aimed at exchanging international best practices on Production sharing contracts.
The training key issues :
- Comprehensive analysis of legal clauses related to production sharing, which are of particular importance in the negotiation and drafting process;
- Examination of the main fiscal terms of the contract and ensuring project success;
- Comparison of successful production sharing contracts worldwide, with a focus on identifying hidden challenges to be avoided;
- Acceleration of the decision-making process;
- Risk management strategies for production sharing contracts to ensure successful project implementation.
