GO and CGJ procedures
The legal basis
Law no. 9072 dated 22.05.2003 “On Power Sector” as amended, certification rules and procedures of the production of electricity from renewable sources
Certification issued by the ERE only for the energy produced by a production plant put into service after the date 02.11.2000
Certification is done by two sequential steps:
- The qualification of electricity generation plants
- Issuance of certificates CGJ and/either GO.
1.ERE submit his application by the producer who wants to take the qualification of the generating plant, including all the information required by the legislation in force. The request for qualification submitted by producer , that produce energy plants and also for a power producer in the stage of design and or construction.
