To create facilitation conditions for construction of new sources production of ELECTRICITY
Pursuant to article 78 paragraph 1, 81 paragraph 1, 83 paragraph 1 and 155 of the Constitution, proposed by the Council of Ministers,
Parliament of the Republic of Albania
DECIDE:
Article 1
The purpose of this law is to create conditions facilitating until the full liberalization of the electricity price for each individual domestic and foreign legal entities, which will build sources of electricity production.
Article 2
Any legal domestic and foreign, that will build sources of producing electricity with an installed power of not less than 5 MW to the source, which use liquid fuels or solid and without restriction to other sources of renewable production exempt from customs duties on machinery and equipment, which form part of the production facility of electricity.
