In accordance with the “Petroleum Law (Exploration and Production)”, No. 7746, dated 28.07.1993, which authorizes the Ministry to enter into a Petroleum Agreement with foreign and/or local companies, in order to invest for petroleum exploration and production in territory of Albania, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, through the Order of Minister no. 102, dated February 18, 2021 and amended with order no.180 dated April 9, 2021, offers Block B and Block E onshore for exploration.

“Announcement regarding the postponement of the submission of application date for Block E and Block B, onshore.

The deadline for the submission of application for interested Companies to enter in Production Sharing Agreement for Block E and Block B, onshore is June 21^st, 2021 at 04:30 PM, Albanian Time, in accordance with the Minister’s Order no.180 dated April 9^th, 2021.

The last day for questions is June 15^th, 2021.

The last day for answers is June 16^th, 2021.”
