Entities that require reimbursement of fuel excise (heating fuel oil  and heavy oil), used in greenhouses’ heating, in technological processes, for the production of industrial and agro-industrial products, must confirm (certify) the consumption of fuel related to such technological processes of production and that use these fuels by the National Agency on Resources Natural (AKBN).

Council of Ministers’ Decision No. 28, of 18.01.2017 “On some amendments and additions to the Council of Ministers’ Decision No.612, of 05.09.2012, “On the Implementing Provisions of the Law” On excises””, as amended.

The necessary documents:

-The type of fuel used in the technological process;

-The stages of the technological process, where fuels are used;

– The type of boiler or the furnace where the fuel is used and its relation to the technological process during the production;

– The quantity of fuel used for 100 kg (liters or pieces) of the ready-made product (final).

Steps of the procedure

– Control of the specific consumption of fuel at the boilers and furnaces of the entities.
