Energy saving and conservation Construction

Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution, and Articles 4 and 18 of Law No. 8402, dated 10.9.1998, “On the control and regulation of construction works”, proposed by the Minister of Public Works, Council of Ministers

DECIDE:

1. All facilities, to be built for residential and public buildings and private buildings are forced to decide in domestic central heating installations or individual.
2. Energy sources, to be used for heating, to be more organic fuel, solid, liquid and gaseous. In any case heating systems should not provide for the use of electricity.
3. All persons, physical or legal, to draw up projects for the construction of buildings, public and private, will be incorporated in to the installations, according to paragraph 2, taking into account the norms of the European Community to heat the buildings and constructions private public.
4. KRRT municipalities approve building permits only after being involved in projects submitted projects for installations, as laid down in the preceding paragraphs.
5. Establish procedures to commissioning of facilities and receiving in their dorezini be made after the test load heating system.

6.AKE to develop technical rules for operation of the heating plant.

7. The Ministry of Public Economy and Privatization, Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Finance, and municipal KRRT and AKE for the implementation of this decision.

This decision shall enter into force after its publication in the Official Journal.
